Kundalini Yoga is the most inclusive of all yoga practices as it includes all aspects of Yoga within its teachings.
Kundalini Yoga is gentle movement.
In this practice, there are 8.4 million more Kriyas.
Kriya means sets or completed sequences. These Kriyas are made up of Pranayamas (breathing), Asanas (postures), Mudras (hand positions), Mantras (chanting), Bandhs (body locks), and Meditation.
Kundalini Yoga mekes powerful energy into body, mind & spirit.
Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the physical nerve centre is awakened; its revelation brings out your true potential. For this energy to awaken safely, Body and Mind need to be strong and able to deal with this very powerful change in consciousness & subconscious.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga is the powerful cleaning of the whole being. Not only does the body and mind need to be cleansed but also the energetic aspects of ourselves.
The Chakras (energy centres or hormone centres) and Meridians (energy pathways) need to be unlocked and activated to allow this new influx of great positive energy to flow freely throughout the whole being.
As an enthusiastic teacher of Kundalini Yoga and through my experience, I say "Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to create the transformation that the individual is seeking. There is a certain depth, completeness and timelessness that is structured in Kundalini Yoga."
Often referred to as the mother of all Yogas, Kundalini Yoga is an empowering form of yogic science that for centuries was shrouded in a tradition of secrecy.
In 1968 the benefits of Kundalini Yoga were introduced to the West
from India by the inspirational master, Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D.
Yogi Bhajan described Kundalini Yoga as "The Yoga of Awareness". It is an uplifting yogic discipline that heightens mental acuity and stimulates glandular and nervous system function.
You can use as physical exercises. But not only physical exercises.
Results are achieved through the practice of special breathing exercises, dynamic body postures, appropriate mantras and focused meditation which work synergistically to promote and maintain good physical, mental and spiritual health.
